2. Actions for Annual meeting

  1. Ask members for location of tarp, throw bag and scoreboard.
  2. Ask members to approve replacement of 1 megaphone and 1 stop watch.
  3. Ask members if additional equipment is needed and if there are any issues with current equipment, in particular their condition and availability.
