Sorry to get this out so late but I was hoping the water would have receded by now.

The parking lot is mostly flooded and the river is at the top of the banks with snags all along the way.
The board of selectman have closed the Park.

I would really like to hold the event but there are too many forces I cannot control to hold it safely !!

PLEASE TELL AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN THAT THE RACE IS CANCELED AND WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED.
